Employees of Sink or Swim Tattoo Studio and their immediate family members are not eligible.

You must be a resident of Ontario to qualify.

This giveaway is hosted and sponsored by Sink or Swim Tattoo Studios by Primal Attitude Inc.

Sink or Swim Tattoo Studio reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time.

By participating, you agree to allow us to use your information solely for the purpose of the giveaway and not for marketing purposes.

By entering the giveaway, you provide a full release of Instagram.

To enter, you must have a service* done at either of our Sink or Swim locations between October 22nd, 2024, and January 31st, 2025.

*Services that qualify include a tattoo appointment 1hr or longer, or a jewelry upgrade worth $100 or more.

Each service (must be separate appointments) completed within this timeframe is its own separate entry. You can enter as many times as you would like.

To book an appointment, you must submit a form under the "Book Your Tattoo" or "Book Your Piercing" tabs on sinkorswimtattoos.ca. As per our regular shop policy, a deposit is necessary to book your appointment.

You must be 18+ years or older to enter.

You must have a passport valid until the return date of the trip to enter.

The winner will be chosen by random draw during the first week of February 2025.

Sink or Swim will contact the winner via the provided email and phone number.

TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE: You must respond to us within 2 days of us contacting you. You must successfully complete a skill-testing question.
